Even at a quick glance, it was easy to see that the DataTech centre was far and above the other options when I was originally seeking office space for my web compay.  Aside from the key factors - nicely renovated offices, a great location, shared secretarial services, attractive rates and plenty of amenities - it quickly becomes very clear that DataTech is more of an actual business community than it is "just another commercial building."

Upon entering the building for the first time, I immediately felt comfortable. I knew instantly, that this would be a welcoming place for my clients to come.  I have a wonderful office space that is affordable, and provides me with all the services I need I am also impressed with the staff. When a client comes to meet with me, they are greeted by the third floor reception. Their kindness, helpfulness and professionalism, are always top-notch.  Not only does DataTech provide the conveniences and services to each and every one of their tenants, they also strive very hard to create a community atmosphere. When considering where to locate your business office, there are several things you probably look at.   For me, it was professional look, location, services offered, and price—not necessarily in that order. I searched all over town, looked at different business centres, empty office space, shared offices. I found nothing that came close to what the Datatech Business Centre offers no matter what the price! On top of all the great things included and services available, the Datatech Centre was by far the best looking, most professional option and it was the least expensive—making it the greatest value. 

But the icing on the cake is the community that has been created among the people who have offices here (and the front desk staff) We actually have group social events. That people attend! And enjoy! And look forward to!

 Since moving my business Mk2 Business Solutions into the Datatech center business has flourished, the reception and handling of clients upon arrival portrays a professional feeling without the added expense of hiring a secretary and leasing a larger office space. The atmosphere is ever so friendly and inviting everyday when I come into the office. The networking opportunities in this building are a huge asset to the center. Since moving into the Datatech center I have taken on a new business partner in the same building and we are now working on our second product launch.
